For more than 10 years I worked independently, supporting foreign clients who trusted Uruguay for long-term wealth investments, many of them through Single Premium capital placements within the insurance sector.
In many cases, buying a property in Uruguay emerged as the next step within those wealth decisions, which naturally led me to get involved in property search, analysis, and visits, as well as the evaluation of real estate opportunities for those same clients.
My role at the agency
At Buyers Uruguay I act as the buyer’s advisor and representative, leading the property search, the analysis of opportunities, and the negotiation of every transaction, defending the buyer’s interests exclusively throughout the entire process.

My professional practice as an attorney has focused on the protection and preservation of wealth assets, with particular experience in Tax Law and Inheritance Law, applied to real estate transactions involving both domestic and foreign clients.
I have represented clients based abroad who, because they operate remotely, require rigorous, precise, and responsible legal management to protect their assets in Uruguay. Throughout my career I have taken part in complex processes involving real estate, ensuring that my clients’ property rights were properly respected and validated.
That experience allowed me to develop solid judgment in legal and tax matters applied to real estate transactions, understanding that true legal support is not just about reviewing documentation, but about anticipating contingencies, preventing risks, and protecting the buyer’s decision before they commit to a transaction.
My role at the agency
At Buyers Uruguay I am responsible for the legal due diligence of every real estate transaction, ensuring the purchase is carried out on a legally solid basis and free of hidden contingencies.
My role is to analyze, prevent, and resolve legal, tax, and asset-related risks before the buyer makes a final decision. This includes a comprehensive review of the property’s legal status, the detection of potential conflicts, and the anticipation of scenarios that could affect the client’s assets.
I place particular focus on domestic and foreign clients who, due to the complexity of the transaction or because they are operating remotely, require professional judgment, rigorous legal control, and the highest level of responsibility at every stage of the process.
