The retainer covers general legal counsel and the initial stages of due diligence, aimed at identifying relevant legal risks before the buyer takes on significant financial commitments.
This makes for a more informed, orderly, and secure buying process from the earliest stages.
From the very start of the process, the buyer has access to in-house legal counsel, at no additional cost.
